We are looking for a kind and diligent person to help us process dental instrument sterilization, room turnover, and assist the providers at our small dental office. We are a group of only 8-9 people with lots of love for our job. The position would be ideal for anyone considering dentistry, and could be an excellent way to consider getting into dentistry without any educational requirements. All training would be provided and there is opportunity for advancement within several months. If you are considering a career shift, this is a great option to do so without going back to school.
Besides random lunches together paid by the office, we also have health insurance, paid vacation days, PTO, vision, dental, an HSA, a 401(k), and many other benefits for full time. Creating a good job that supports you and your goals is important to us. Hours can be full time and include at least two days until 7pm, but the other three you can leave as early as 1pm if you would like. We want to help give you a nice work-life balance. It could also be part time to help support someone in college or taking classes, as this is often who ends up working at our office.
