WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Be a Key member of the OnShift Time Implementation Team
• Conduct discovery meetings with key customer stakeholders to determine functional requirements for the implementation of their Time solution
• Identify, evaluate, recommend, and implement solution best practices
• Assist customers in the understanding of various software/integrations options available to them
• Work with internal implementation team to ensure standardized implementation of customers' solutions/integrations
• Create, set-up, and document the new client instance. Ensure proper and consistent documentation is saves in a shared location and communicated to the appropriate CS team members
• Validate the operational functionality of the customer’s system and integration after implementation and training
• Provide technical support for customer’s testing and troubleshooting and resolve any operational issues
• Provide technical and user information to allow customers to gain familiarity the system as they train
• Provide ongoing post-implementation setup support as needed
• Provide technical instructor led training and/or via the LMS as needed
• Maintain knowledge and skill base related to OnShift Time and integrated systems, to maintain capabilities at the highest possible level.
• Quality assurance on fixes and enhancements within OnShift Time’s core platform
• Escalate issues to Product Manager

WHO YOU ARE

• A strong understanding of software and systems
• Extremely proficient in Office Software
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proven business problem solving abilities with a validation mindset
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of an interdisciplinary team (business and technical)
• Demonstrated success working and communicating directly with customers and in a technical role
• Creative thinker capable of determining the best setup to meet client needs
