Land Surveying and Engineering Company has an opening for a Survey Crew Chief /Engineering Survey Tech.
Location: Golden Valley, MN

Candidates must be proficient with Survey Equipment, computers, AutoCAD and related software. An associate degree in Land Surveying or Civil Engineering or related field is preferred. Must possess a valid driver's license, have good communication skills, be self- motivated and a team player, with the ability to work in an office or field environment that is dynamic and fast-paced.
Responsibilities:
- Travel to various job sites to obtain necessary survey data and jobsite information.
- Gather field survey data.
- Process survey data, ensuring compliance to applicable regulations and professional standards.
- Perform simple surveying calculations, deed research, deed plotting and map checks.
- Prepare accurate survey plats and drawings, legal descriptions and alignment drawings.

Provisions:
•Salary is negotiable upon review of qualifications.
•All work is local the Minneapolis Saint Paul metropolitan area and surrounding suburbs.
•Training will be provided.
