Background & Qualifications

• Passion for health and wellness through movement is crucial
• Required certification in fitness or bodywork: Massage, Personal Training, Physical Therapy/PT Asst, Yoga, Dance OR degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Athletic Training or related field.
• Experience working hands on with clients in a wellness space preferred
• Fantastic communication skills, must love connecting with people
• Positive attitude and energy; professional and reliable

Roles & Responsibilities

• Learn and perform 25 and 50-minute 1:1 stretch sessions
• Engage and support clients across all ages, sizes and fitness levels
• Set goals with clients; encourage and educate them along their journey
• Learn Club Ready system; manage client progress through notes
• Keep current on trainings, new techniques and stretch education
• Assist with pop-ups/demos, community events and promotions
