The Senior Talent Acquisition Configuration Analyst will execute system administration and configuration tasks to support the Talent Acquisition team in all phases of the recruitment cycle. The role will collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition product team on enhancements and support of applications within the Talent Acquisition Product Portfolio (iCIMS, Workday and Beeline), that will include optimizing the system to screen applicants, track their status, store information and simplify the steps in the hiring process through automation. This role will be accountable for understanding business requirements in terms of stories following agile delivery methods, soliciting requirements for clarity, and to meet acceptance criteria.
Leveraging end-to-end understanding of Talent Acquisition processes, this role will support the administration of tools for optimization, and provide insights to the reporting, risk and compliance teams. This role is a critical resource for our Talent Acquisition teams with the opportunity to be creative, tactical, and strategic.

- Able to troubleshoot issues or make decisions independently to drive them to closure with minimal supervision
- Understanding of Recruiting and HR concepts, policies and procedures
- System documentation, operational , workflow and procedure documentation

- Act as the internal expert for the tools and technologies in place with a full understanding of their capabilities and limitations
- Consult and establish relationships with product teams to align process to technology, stakeholders that represent user base – such as Talent Advisors, end user computing, infrastructure and application teams in support of this HR capability.
5+ years of direct systems administration experience of Talent solutions (Talent Acquisition experience is a plus)
- iCIMS platform experience is a plus, including security, roles, profiles, workflows, groups, data model and configurations, or similar systems used to support talent acquisition business processes
- Proven competency of knowledge in the fundamentals, processes and terminology of corporate recruiting environments
- Agile experience and familiarity with production delivery release processes
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills leading to successful interactions with technical and business audiences
- Keep ability to understand business process and identify opportunities to leverage technology to streamline and automate process, and improve candidate experience
- Proven problem management skills, troubleshooting technical issues within applications and systems and ensures stakeholders are engaged accordingly
- Provide support, training and consultation to users of the iCIMS platform, or similar systems used in talent acquisition
- Builds trusted relationships with colleagues around the firm and across multiple levels of the organization
- Collaborates daily with users, peers, vendor support, external and internal partners
- Experience with user acceptance testing
