The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $ 20.00 to 25.00 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

- Translate requirements into specific software development tasks
- Participate in architecture reviews, and generate requirements documentation
- Work with cross-functional teams to release software products
- Proactively take on new and different tasks while also looking for ways to improve our systems
- Learn and apply new tools, technologies, and industry best practices
Tasks and Qualifications:
Skills and Requirements
- College Junior or Senior Standing with graduation dates schedule within the next year.
- Programming expertise in the C programming language, with the drive to want to learn more
- Experience in C# and VB.NET is an asset.
- Ability to write and tune SQL queries is an asset
- A good foundation in algorithms, design patterns, and data structures
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum software development
- Knowledge of software/hardware setup and configuration (Visual Studio, SQL Management Studio, TFS)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
- Exceptional ability to work with cross-functional teams to get things done
- A good sense of humor and an ability to have fun!
- Preferred Hybrid work location. To enrich the overall experience for our student interns we preferred student work in the proximity of the office in Wauwatosa, WI.
