Your responsibilities as a software developer:

As a Software Developer with BeeHyv, you will work with its customers, who are start-ups, established product firms and other enterprises in building innovative products. You will primarily work on Java, Python, Go stacks but might also use other technology stacks based on requirements of customers. You will also need to work on web (using frameworks like React/Angular/Vue) and mobile (Android/iOS/Hybrid) application development. You will follow standard engineering principles and practices using Agile, DevOps and Automation. You will also work with modern cloud-based architectures and manage systems on AWS/Azure/GCP. You will be expected to be quick and nimble in learning new technologies.

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, support and improve software.
• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
• Work in one or multiple projects and deliver results.
• Be versatile and enthusiastic to tackle new problems across different technologies.
• You should be willing to be a full stack developer and be proficient in both backend and UI technologies.

Your responsibilities during training:

As a trainee, you will be provided training in Java and web technologies culminating in a full-fledged case study that will make you ready to be able to work on real projects for customers. The training will be a mix of guided sessions and self-study. BeeHyv has its proprietary training material including lessons and periodic assessments that you will have to follow during your training. We operate in a self-regulated environment, and we expect people to be responsible and driven than being monitored all the time.

Salary details:

During training (3 months): $3,500 per month

On successful completion of training: $70,000 per annum

Note: If your performance during training is found to be unsatisfactory, we may terminate your employment.

Benefits

• Since we are starting a new office in the US, it will be a few months before we will be eligible for group Medical Insurance benefits. In the meantime, we will be paying $6,000 per annum extra so that you can enroll for these benefits on your own.
• Paid time off (PTO) of 10 days in a year and 10 national holidays.
