As our new Social Media Manager, you'll be working closely with our in-house photographer, COO, and CEO to bring our founder's vision to life through social media. From ideation to execution, you'll have the opportunity to get creative and showcase your talents.

Responsibilities:
Social Media
- Grow following and increase AS community engagement on Social Media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)
- Develop and produce content for digital media, including but not limited to; social media platforms, weekly email campaigns, website content, digital ads with Creative Team
- Post daily with approved content and captions
- Post multiple stories a day, every day
- Ensure social schedule aligns with all marketing campaigns and events including but not limited to; e-blasts, trunk shows, product launches, giveaways, sales & in-store promotions
- Track and analyze social media analytics
- Style organic looks for social media and ad content incorporating best sellers, signature designs, products pushed in email campaigns, new styles, looks in the boutique, Men’s collection, and any requests from CEO & COO
- Pitch campaign ideas and creative concepts during weekly Creative Meetings
- Plan and produce seasonal campaign shoots with Creative Team
- Meet project deadlines and ensure the creative vision and brand guidelines are met
- Own the organization and manage all social content deliverables, including management of projects through tools such as Dropbox and ClickUp
Copywriting
- Craft elevated copy across all organic social channels that present authority in all verticals, authenticity/brand voice, and consistent storytelling.
- Ensure Anne’s personality and brand vision are met in all content and verbiage
- Proofread new and existing copy to ensure content meets brand and editorial standards.
Email Marketing
- Create and design email campaigns as scheduled
- Complete design one month ahead
- Proofread copy and design guidelines before sending
- Focus on products featured and/or e-blasts topic and goal of sending the email, the why
- Ensure font and design align with the brand’s creative vision and guidelines
- Write copy as needed
- Add content in Klaviyo ensuring graphic specifications are met
Public Relations
- Communicate with the PR agency and handle all stylist communications
- Approve PR requests received, if unsure discuss with CEO & COO
- Oversee all incoming and outgoing inventory and ensure records are accurate with Inventory Team
- Brainstorm brand opportunities and features including but not limited to; podcasts, articles, interviews, influencer partnerships, and collaborations
Experience & Requirements:
- Must have previous experience in the luxury or jewelry space
- Minimum 3 years of Social Media experience and proven success growing brand account(s)
- Strong and consistent communication skills
- Self Starter, Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational skills
- Familiarity with social media management tools like Canva and Later
- This role will be dedicated to staying on top of creative marketing/graphic design and social media trends
*Salary range: $70,000 - $85,000 DOE
- **This is a full-time, exempt role. Please note that this range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for the area of the position. Anne Sisteron reasonably expects to pay the position within this salary range and provides the salary range in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws. The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: experience, training, knowledge and skills, and if the location of the job changes.
