The Town of Snowmass Village is looking to hire a Snowplow operator to join our public works team!

This is an in-person seasonal position, offering full time benefits until the end of the winter season (May 1st)

Hourly range: $24.86 - $32.31

Hiring range: $24.86 - $28.59

$1,000 sign-on bonus available!

We are looking for a snowplow operator that has a Class A or Class B CDL license, who will be performing a variety of unskilled and semi-skilled work in the maintenance, construction and operation of roadways, drainage facilities, fences, and other public facilities; drives trucks and operates light, medium, and some heavy equipment under the supervision of a lead worker.

The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

• CDL Class A or Class B
• Basic knowledge of the mechanical operation of gas powered equipment
• Must be available to work from Wednesday through Sunday and be on call seven (7) days a week for snow removal until the end of the winter season
