Responsibilities

We are looking for energetic individuals to join our expanding team and become an ultimate ambassador of our brand. As a Team Member you will help Guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them to help select smoothies and retail products that inspire them to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. The successful Team Member will be passionate about the brand and demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges.

Qualifications

• Blends delicious tasting smoothies
• Provide an exceptional guest experience throughout our guest's visit.
• Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King
• Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids
• Performs opening and/or closing duties
• Performs store checklist tasks
• Shows up on time and ready to work
• The desire to be coached and mentored - you see potential in yourself and enjoy growing that potential
• Friendly attitude
• Attention to detail while working in fast-paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Reliable transportation.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Ability to connect and communicate with guests, team members, with a "guest comes first" attitude
• At least sixteen (16) years of age or older
• Experience in a fast food environment preferred, but not necessary
• ServSafe Certification once hired
