Job Overview: We are looking for skilled individuals to join our team as a Warehouse Associate. The responsibilities of the Warehouse Associate include processing orders, Quality Control, RMA processing, performing inventory cycle counts, allocating products, packing orders, and shipping.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Observe safety and security procedures.
• Process orders daily by picking inventory from the correct location.
• Process RMA Returns and perform QC inspections to ensure the dress is clean and not damaged.
• Allocating inventory in the ERP system.
• Pack and ship.
• Return inventory to the shelf using a PDA or similar device..
• Process Import shipments by verifying order is processed then packed to ship.
• Perform Cycle Count in the warehouse and report any discrepancy that is found.
• Properly receive, stack, and store material and/or products per warehouse guidelines.
• Presents and reports any discrepancies in inventory records to the leadership team.
• Fix any inventory discrepancies by removing or moving items to the correct locations.
• Maintains up to date records regarding inventory control.
• Load and unload company/carrier trucks.
• Move merchandise utilizing pallet jacks or pushcart, etc.
• Assist in maintaining product retirement schedule
• Follow instructions and respond to management directions.
• Adhere to company warehouse policies and procedures.
• Meet productivity standards, including completing work according to company standards.
• Other duties assigned as required / work as directed.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrates strong organizational skills.
• Possesses physical strength necessary to lift boxes and other heavy items on a regular basis.
• Capable of using computer inventory software
• Communicates clearly and effectively, verbally as well as in writing.
• Minimum 3 years working in a distribution environment preferred.
• Ability to lift to 40 lbs. and ability to utilize a “buddy system” for products weighing more than 50 lbs.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills, MS Office is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, including accuracy and thoroughness.
• Standing, walking, climbing, reaching with hands and arms 8 hours a day.
