The menu changes seasonally, Spring, Early Summer, Late Summer and Fall menus as well as daily specials all dictated by available fresh and local ingredients. • Welcoming and hospitable personality
• Accurate data entry and daily reporting on Micros POS systems
• Ability to utilize the company HR platform Paycom for scheduling, training, communication and direct deposit. PAYCOM App Version 6.0.26
• Collaboration is key. Willingness to crosstrain as dinning room, beach/lounge and Cliffside cafe server.
• Comprehensive food and beverage menu knowledge and communication skills.
• Delivering a memorable dining experience by resolving all customer issues promptly
• Excellent table maintenance skills. Awareness overall cleanliness and composition of the dinning and beach area.
• Ability to lift 40lbs. Assitance with event set-up, furniture moving, and catering equipment management for large special events.
• Compliance with state and company health policies and regulations for food service establishments.
