Unarmed security officers needed for high volume, sports bar franchise in the North DFW area (Allen, Colony, Plano, Prosper). (nights and weekends mandatory from 10pm-3am)

Job description:
* Check ID's
* Stand at a post or roaming the venue to show a security presence.
* Able to take and follow simple directions.
* Communicate effectively and efficiently with your team/management via a Whatsapp group thread.
* Access control
* Defusing verbal/physical disagreements with the minimal amount of force necessary needed to do so.
* Being on time and showing up to work when scheduled.
* Being personable and helpful to all clientele and bar staff.
* Writing incident reports (nightly)
Must have:
1. Working smartphone
2. Reliable working vehicle
3. Good, positive, mental attitude.
