Tribute is looking for a Scheduling Partner to join our team. This is a great position for someone that is detailed, has strong problem-solving skills and is seeking meaningful, mission-driven work, and the opportunity to grow professionally. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that Tribute clients, families, caregivers, and professional partners have a great service experience.

This will be done by:

  • Collaborating with Client Solutions Managers to understand clients care needs and scheduling requirements
  • Building relationships with caregivers to best understand their availability, skills, and personality
  • Helping match caregivers with clients in a thoughtful, meaningful way that pair skill sets and personality
  • Building schedules and orienting caregivers to new schedules
  • Seeking creative solutions to scheduling problems, both independently and collaboratively
  • Assisting in the continuous improvement of scheduling efficiency


The ideal candidate will bring the following:

  • A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
  • Prior experience in a remote working environment
  • Prior experience scheduling in home health care or a related field
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organization skills
