Discovery at Home is searching for an experienced medical scheduler to join our fast growing team as a Patient Services Coordinator (scheduler) & Intake Coordinator. This role has the opportunity for growth into a Business Office Manager Role.
This is a M-F in office position responsible for coordinating schedules between employees and patients. Works with the clinical team to ensure patients are scheduled based on the need and physician ordered frequency. Reviews staff schedules on a daily basis and notifies the clinical manager of scheduling volume concerns. Provides administrative support functions as needed by the clinical teams.
Patient Scheduling Responsibilities:
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Pay: $17.00-$21.00/HR based on experience and skillset
Location: Hillsborough County. Current office is in Tampa and will be moving to the Brandon, FL area near interstate I-75 by March 2023.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role will be a professional that excels in a fast paced environment with exceptional customer services skills. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, a quick learner, confident in communication, proficient in computers/typing, + speaks fluent English (bilingual is a PLUS)!
