Image Companies is looking for an experienced, Sales assistant to join our team and support our sales department by contacting prospective clients via telephone and email to ensure our sales professionals meet their monthly meeting goals.

Flexible schedule
Pay: $17-$20 (plus commission)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist Owner to analyze sales departments’ weekly performance.
• Compile monthly sales reports
• Update sales promotions
• Dig for leads based on specific criteria
• Schedule consultations between the prospective client and a Sales representative.
• Assist with Bids/Proposals
• Perform Data Entry

QUALIFICATIONS:

• MUST be completely proficient with all aspects of computer use – Microsoft office and Google Suites.
• Must have an absolute commitment to providing the highest level of customer service.
• Excellent organizational skills (oral and written) and the ability to excel at details.
• No bookkeeping experience required

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• Proven work experience as an administrative assistant or similar role

• Prior excellent customer service experience

• Experience with ZoomInfo Database, HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Persuasive and results-oriented
• Ability to create and implement sales plans
• Ability to meet sales goals by monitoring progress
• Ability to analyze sales data

Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
