Clinical position working with 2 physicians in a busy allergy/immunology practice. We are seeking a RMA, LPN or RN to provide exceptional quality care to our patients.
Clinical Duties:
- Triage phone calls and messages for physicians
- Accurately send prescriptions and refills as directed by the physicians
- Verify patient information, take health history and record medical history
- Room patients, perform and document vital signs
- Accurately perform strep and flu testing and order labs
- Maintain treatment rooms including stocking and cleaning
- Accurately send prescriptions and refills as directed by the physicians
- Triage phone calls and messages for physicians
- Must to able to communicate with patients and family regarding medical care
- Administer allergy injections as well as mixing allergy extracts
- Perform allergy testing as well as pulmonary function testing
- Administer biologic injections and perform a limited physical exam
- Obtain prior authorizations for medications and biologic therapies
- Accurately order and obtain authorizations for diagnostic testing
- Schedule appointments and assist other coworkers as needed
- Complete FMLA, Disability and School Action Plans, etc
Requirements:
- Proficient with EMR
- Punctual and dependable
- Must be a team player and professional
- Must be organized with good time management skills
- Rotating Saturday mornings (closed every Thursday)

Pay: $21.00 - $29.00 per hour
