New Haven Home Health Services, Inc. is a Medicare certified agency providing skilled home health services to patients at home. We have immediate openings for full-time, part-time and per diem Registered Nurse with home health experience.

Registered Nurse (RN) requirements

• Must have at least one year of medical/surgical and/or critical care nursing experience
• Case management experience in home care a plus
• Valid California RN license
• Willing to visit patients in San Francisco and San Mateo Counties
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to interact effectively with all staff, physicians, patients, families of the healthcare team
• Effective problem-solving skill and good analytical skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
