We are looking for a receptionist for our real estate management office in Tupelo, MS. The job will entail answering phone calls from current and potential tenants, contractors, and others and routing the call to the right person or taking messages. The job could also entail assisting the property manager, bookkeeper and/or real estate broker with minor tasks such as scheduling viewings, updating maintenance logs, organizing paperwork such as leases, work orders etc or other minor tasks.

The ideal candidate is someone who is personable with a friendly and welcoming demeanor as they will be the first person tenants/contractors others see when they stop by office or speak to on the phone.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $7.50 - $9.50 per hour
