We are looking for someone to join our real estate investment firm which specializes in finding off market single family and multifamily properties at discounted prices.

This role is a sales type role with the main objective being to find properties for the firm to buy. You will leverage our many marketing channels to get leads with the goal to negotiate with prospects to come to an agreement to purchase their property.

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO NEGOTIATE and BE COMFORTABLE ON THE PHONE TO SUCEEED IN THIS ROLE. This role is not for someone who is scared to speak to people or who gets hung up on objections easily. If you do not feel comfortable negotiating our talking on the phone, please do not apply.

We will give you all the tools needed to succeed and you will learn a ton working for the firm. Our main exit strategy for these properties that our sales guys find is either renovating the properties and relisting them on the market or keeping them as rentals. This is a very lucrative job for a person who is great at sales and is relentless with their follow up. Below I will list some skills/traits that are a plus to have to succeed in this job.

-Sales Experience (Phone sales, in person sales) Preferably 5+ years in the sales industry

-Real Estate Experience (Mainly looking for someone who can comp properties easily, but if not able to this can be taught easily)

-Self Starter (must be ready to go in the morning and taking action without having to be told)

-Relentless ( we are looking for people who will not stop until they succeed and when they succeed, they double down)

-MUST BE ABLE TO TAKE REJECTION ( 99 percent of calls in this business are rejection , your goal is to get the one precents attention and bring them to close) YOU WILL HEAR NO MANY MORE TIMES THAN YES

-Highly effective at building collaborative relationships across our entire organization.

-Customer empathy with a mindset of finding ways to balance delivering a superior customer experience and a successful operational and financial outcome for our business.

-An ability to juggle multiple projects at once and can manage time effectively to prioritize work based on business and operational needs.
