This is an exciting engineering position within the fast growing, dynamic Home Care business. The role will set, influence, and execute the strategic direction of the engineering work for highly automated packing operations and other mechanical applications. Responsibilities vary from Project Management, to Innovation Development, to Technical Leadership. This role will be involved in all phases of engineering from front end innovation through execution and delivery. Delivers visible business benefits through engineering solutions, typically at project level.


Qualifications

Education:

BS or MS in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Electrical engineering degrees preferred. Other BS or MS Engineering degrees (Civil, Biomedical, Materials, etc) will be considered with relevant engineering work experience in mechanical or Process/electro-mechanical systems.

Preferred work experience or certifications:

  • 1-5 years of engineering work experience preferably in manufacturing plants
  • Hands-on experience in project development, delivery and CAPEX.
  • Hands-on experience in manufacturing or engineering support to manufacturing plants
  • Experience leading teams with strong collaboration skills to deliver engineering projects

What we offer:

Starting Pay / Salary Range: $85,000 – $115,000
