Trilogy Federal is looking for a Project Manager with knowledge and experience in federal agile project management to support a large Federal agency with focus on Systems, Program, and Training management initiatives. We are looking for a motivated Agile Project Manager to support large-scale multi-phased implementation efforts for a highly complex, web-based patient portal application.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support the design and development of a strategic, multiyear roadmap that shows the planned development of new system features and enhancements.
- Support product line owners with the development of Epics, and associated Business Needs, in Atlassian’s Jira, and facilitate the handoff of Epics to human centered design teams and Delivery Managers for elaboration into technical user stories
- Support and manage the applicable portions of the program Kanban board, moving Epics through each phase of the requirements management process working with HCD and Delivery Managers to ensure hand offs are completed
- Facilitate, as needed, meetings between clinical staff, delivery managers and solution architects to translate business needs into technical user stories
- Attend and provide inputs during quarterly planning increments related to assigned Epics as development teams assign business value and prioritization to user stories and non-functional requirements (NFRs).
- Develop and maintain product management artifacts and weekly reports that include status of product line activities and risks, issues, and decisions related product line activities
- Support the documentation and maturation of Agile requirement management processes to include regular meetings with business and IT Leaders and development teams and submitting recommendations such as lessons learned and process improvements.
- Provide oversight and guidance to data analyst team member(s) building and maturing an executive dashboard in Microsoft PowerBI
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Federal Consulting in Agile Project Management
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation and communication skills, including written, verbal and interpersonal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to variety of audiences
- Ability to interface well with end-users and client stakeholders across the organization
- Experience in detail-oriented consulting approach, leading/supporting using Agile development projects with client service focus
- Self-starter able to work independently and within a team
- Flexibility and the ability to react to rapidly changing requirements
- Proficient in MS Office Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint
Preferred Requirements:
- Preferred VA Experience
- Preferred experience with MS PowerBI
- Preferred experience with Atlassian’s Jira
- Preferred SAFe certification

$90,000 - $100,000 a year
This range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as Trilogy Federal conducts an individual equity review for every candidate based on experience, location, education, industry experience, and comparisons to internal pay bands.
