Project Coordinator

Position Location: Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 from home) Pittsburgh, PA

Key Responsibilities

• Help coordinate all events. Tasks would include but are not limited to, ordering catering, reserving room/space, cost research, in-person support, etc.

• Send basic communications, such as timesheet reminders and other related follow-ups

• Update Technology Confluence page, as needed

• Assist with information gathering for various deliverables, such as presentations, town halls, blog posts, nominations, recognitions, team accomplishments, reporting, etc.

• Design help with PowerPoint slides

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
