The Opportunity

Cint seeks a Product Manager to join our Product Team, reporting to the Director of Product. The Product Manager is responsible for owning the roadmap and delivery for core products, features and functionality that are consumed by our global customers.


This role is intended to be remote in the U.S. (Central/East Preferred) for an associate who is comfortable committing to collaborating and communicating with our European teams during US hours.

The Product Manager will have an opportunity to work with designers, data scientists, analysts and other product managers developing highly desired career skills while working with a global engineering team to build our programmatic exchange. This highly visible associate will directly impact the growth and success of our business.


What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for our respondent quality and fraud prevention initiatives, including prioritizing features, enhancements, and new product offerings based on customer and business needs.
  • Work closely with engineers to solve complex technical problems relating to ensuring quality and security on our platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations, legal, and compliance to ensure successful product execution.
  • Write clear and concise product requirements with detailed KPIs and acceptance criteria and translate customer feedback into actionable insights.
  • Understand data signals and design technical requirements to track critical analytical data points, ensuring that products and features are built with analytics in mind.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive offerings, identifying opportunities for new product features and enhancements.
  • Present product strategies and roadmaps to internal and external stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners, with exceptional presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Power Point.


What We Are Looking For

  • Proven success as a technical product manager at a company with B2B products, integrations, or API platforms having owned product and feature development from inception to completion including GTM strategies – What have you Shipped? Include portfolio of work.
  • Extensive experience in product roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and product lifecycle management.
  • Strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into clear product requirements.
  • Strong understanding of digital software development, scrum agile development methodology, and use of common project management tools (e.g., Confluence/JIRA).
  • Proven ability to collaborate with business and technical leads to drive alignment and execution against customer and internal needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Power Point.
  • Experience working in the Market Research industry is a plus.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience in an Ad Technology SSP or DSP, or other programmatic marketplace, with emphasis on successfully building quality and security applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. A Master's degree is a plus
  • Experience working on net new products, initiatives, and features, as well as having to develop upon existing features / functionality.


Anticipated Salary Range (US Only):
In California, Colorado, New York City and Washington, the anticipated pay range for this role is $90,000 to $135,000 base salary + 10% bonus annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, New York City and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations. In addition, this position is also eligible for the following benefits:
