Seeking dependable, professional, Long-Term Personal Care Assistant to assist a professional, active professional quadriplegic man (late-40s) in the Alpharetta/Johns Creek, GA area.

DUTIES include, but are not limited to; Bathing, Dressing, Grooming, Personal Oral Hygiene, Bowel/Bladder Management, Transfers w patient lift, ROM (stretching), Meal Planning/Preparation, Feeding, Light Housekeeping, Laundry, Errands, and Organizing Driving an adaptive vehicle (minivan), Accompanying on business appointments, personal activities, and other ADLs to be discussed.

Assistance with morning/evening care routine, depending on the shift, and assistance throughout the day/night with ADLs. The residence is equipped with a ceiling-mounted electronic Hoyer (patient) lift for transfers. Training to specific care needs and equipment will be provided.

Ideal candidates are; Detail Oriented, Pro-active, Self-starter, Punctual, Dependable, Responsibly Mature, Organized, Team players with Stable lifestyles, Good communication skills (verbal & listening), Looking for consistent/long-term employment, and alternating weekend availability.

Special consideration for applicants that possess strong administrative and organizational skills to assist with personal/admin duties such as; household management, supply inventorying, and general admin assisting and organizing.

Shifts 6a-6p; 6p-2a (full-time, part-time); Current openings Days (Wk and Wkends alt)

QUALIFICATIONS;

2+ years of personal care experience
Current CPR, First Aid, TB Test,
CNA, PCT, MA, Aide credentials (preferred)
Driver's License w/Clean DMV,
Reliable transportation,
Non-smoking and pet friendly,
Clean Criminal Background and Drug-Free,
3 Professionally relevant references
Lives within 25 miles of Alpharetta/Johns Creek/Roswell
W-2 (taxes are withdrawn/filed), direct deposit,
