We are looking for a Remote Personal Assistant for our company's President. Candidate must reside in the Salt Lake City, Utah metro area. This person will work to support the daily operations of the President of the company.
The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications. Must be positive and fun, wants to grow professionally and personally, loves critical thinking, and is willing to put in the work to support our Company's President.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and organize meetings and make travel arrangements
- Plan and schedule meetings and appointments, organize and maintain paper and electronic files, manage projects, conduct research, and provide information back to the executive leadership
- Provide diversified administrative support including calendar management, travel management, meeting and event planning, filing, and preparing outgoing mail (e.g. creating and editing reports, memos, letters, presentations, and other documents using Google Docs
- Read and analyze incoming correspondence and respond when appropriate
- Prepare agendas, reserve meeting rooms, and coordinate catering when necessary
- Transcribe and distribute meeting minutes as needed
- Maintain inventory of office supplies for the department on site
- Order supplies as necessary, track shipments, and distribute to team members as needed
- Use of Social Media Platforms
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- 1-2 years experience in an admin role preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, high-energy attitude
- Resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving skill set
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Docs
