Lauren’s House is seeking nurse's aides, med techs or daycare workers with pediatric experience to join our team in a medical day health facility for medically fragile children. This is a full time , fully benefited position however we would consider part time with pro-rated benefits (24 – 31.5 hours per week) or part time (less than 24 hours per week) for the right candidate.

· Pennsylvania or national certification (e.g., Certified Nursing Assistant) or equivalent experience preferred

· Minimum one year documented experience in the care of infants, toddlers and children required

· Completion of a pediatric basic life support certification course; current CPR card

· Fingerprinting/criminal background/child abuse screening clearance required

Functions may include but are not limited to:

· Assist in the care of children of all ages: neonates, infants, toddlers, school-aged and adolescents.

· Ensure a clean and safe child care environment.

· Assist children with activities of daily living (bath, feed, play, etc.) and provide other patient care as directed.

· Check children’s supply boxes/bags on a daily basis.

· Organize and engage small groups of children in an interactive setting to support developmental play activities.
