We have an opening for a part-time Patient Services Coordinator to join our InVia Fertility team. You must be able to travel to our Hoffman Estates location for training. This position is for our new office in Chicago and the schedule is Monday and Wednesday 7am - 3pm.

InVia Fertility Specialists is a state-of-the-art Chicago fertility clinic with a strong patient-centered focus. Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
Greeting and guiding patients
Keeping a positive work environment
Answering patient phone calls
Patient check in and out at the front desk
Computer scheduling
Assist new patients with gathering information
Co-pay collection, billing and some filing
Must be able to work as a team member with our patient services coordinators, nursing, billing, our doctors and vendors
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Be well organized with an attention to detail
Have exceptional problem solving skills
Insurance and medical billing knowledge a plus but not mandatory
Work extremely well under pressure
Above all, be empathetic to the needs and concerns of our patients
Education and Experience:
High school diploma.
Minimum six-months experience in medical setting desirable but not mandatory.
Knowledge of insurance policies preferred but not mandatory.
Computer knowledge required.
