Job Description
- Greet clients and visitors
- Answer a high volume of incoming calls
- Process mail and packages
- Prepare documents and correspondence
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Experience in a receptionist role (Relevant experience required, 5+ years preferred)
- Experience working with high-end clientele is a plus
- On-time / Punctual and reliable
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
- Valid driver's license (Occasionally may be required to drive company vehicle)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
