The Front Desk/Play Guide position is a great fit for anyone who is hard-working, enjoys being around children, and is flexible. Qualified candidates will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, responsible for ensuring that our customers are satisfied at all times, and should have an eye for detail. This position requires strong communication and people skills and a willingness to work with various personalities on a daily basis.

Front Desk/Play Guide Job Description

• Become familiar with Square to take payments and create monthly memberships
• Assist families in checking in via Kidcheck
• Be available to assist families as needed
• Complete opening and closing tasks (cleaning play space, vacuuming, mopping, emptying trash, organizing toys, sanitizing, etc.)
• Assist with private events, birthday parties and special events
• Direct guardians to appropriate play toys for their child (we will provide training on this)
• Assist teachers as they lead experiences for children/guardians
• Enjoy being around children
• Must be flexible with work schedule and tasks
• Must be available for all shifts Tuesday-Thursday 8:30 AM-2:00 PM

Overall Job Description

• Regular and predictable attendance is required
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Attend staff meetings, as needed
• Foster open communication with management and actively strive to develop strong working relationships with all staff members
• Perform additional duties as deemed necessary by Jordan’s Corner owners

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
