We are immediately hiring Part Time Customer Service Agents!
Clementine is now hiring part time, in office customer service agents. In this role, you will provide superior customer service and a positive experience to our callers & clients while managing a high call volume. You will use expert listening and data entry skills to get to the heart of a person's reason for calling and accurately document all interactions.
Our Customer Service Agents are dedicated professionals who excel at customer service and enjoy helping others. In this crucial role, you are often times the first contact our callers have when reaching out for assistance. Our agents handle phone inquiries and address each call with care, detail, and most importantly, empathy! This is an inbound call center, NOT an outbound telemarketing center.
Shifts Offered:
- Various part time shifts available
- Must be able to work a Saturday OR a Sunday each week
- Must be able to work some holidays
Qualifications:
- A friendly and upbeat voice and a positive attitude
- Good grammar and spelling as well as a professional demeanor
- Computer skills in a Windows-based environment
- Punctual with great attendance
- Fast learner and be able to type well (at least 35 words per minute)
- Be a 'team player'!
Compensation: $16.00 an hour, with perfect attendance
Perfect Attendance is considered:
- Being on time for the start of your shift.
- Leaving and coming back on time from any break times during your shift.
- Fully completing your shift.
Rate of pay (without perfect attendance): $13.00 an hour
