We are looking for a qualified, innovative, and tech-savvy operations officer with experience in the wholesale distribution industry who will oversee our organization’s ongoing operations and procedures. You may also be required to perform routine administrative tasks.
Operations Officer Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the CEO about company processes and procedures.
- Responsible for managing day-to-day operations providing strategic advice and overseeing daily administrative and operational functions, ensuring all aspects of operations run smoothly every day and addressing any issues that come up
- Improving business functionality to align with core business objectives.
- Develop the necessary internal structures, processes, and best practices to be able to sustain the current exponential growth, including building out the operations and sales teams
- Manage the website
- Tracking operational costs toward maintaining profit margins.
- Promoting efficiency by implementing improved operational procedures.
- Monitoring adherence to policies and processes throughout the company.
- Ensuring positive client, supplier, and vendor relationships.
Operations Officer Requirements:
- Extensive experience in an operations management position, or similar.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to promote efficiency toward achieving business objectives and profitability.
- Advanced knowledge of best business practices.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) or Google Apps (Sheets, Docs)
- Ability to think critically and strategically inviting and managing complexity
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy
- Strong web navigation skills
- Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure

Pay: $100,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
