We are looking for somone with a can-do attitude, proven work experience as an onsite manager and ability to service the residents of the property for an optimal living experience - customer focus a must! Must be enthusiastic, a team player, and exercise good judgement. In additon to being organized and having good time management skills, must also have knowledge of local, state and federal laws and regulations. The primary responsibility of the onsite manager is to assist the residents with requests along with keeping the property in clean and orderly condition. Expected weekly hours will be 15 hours.
