We are looking for professional, high-energy seasoned bartenders with excellent communication skills to serve classic cocktails and exciting new beverages to our customers. The Bartender will be responsible for greeting customers, learning about their preferences, answering questions, recommending menu items, and preparing and serving beverages and food.
The ideal candidate will have a neat appearance, engaging and friendly personality. They should be efficient, observant, knowledgeable, personable and be able to
multitask with a smile while working in a fast-paced environment.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders.
• Entertain guests while mixing drinks, talking to customers about spirits and offering trivia and history about various alcohols to keep customers engaged and enjoying themselves.
• Crafting original beverage menu items and

designing new, innovative cocktails; informing customers about new beverages and specials.

• Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers.
• Taking inventory, keeping the bar well stocked and fully supplied with alcohol, filling out inventory forms in order to replace items as needed.
• Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations; following state laws regarding alcohol consumption by checking customer identification and cutting off customers who have had too much to drink.
• Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to patrons, balancing the cash register.
• Maintaining a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.
• Follow all applicable Federal, State, Local and Company food safety regulations, policies and guidelines.
• Take up other duties as required.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and

holidays.

• Positive, engaging personality and professional

appearance.

• Basic math skills and POS System (Toast Preferred)

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
