Successful candidates must be able to perform a wide variety of maintenance, repair and service duties on plant dryers, lathes, clippers, splicers, saws, mobile equipment, and supply systems, such as gas, electric water and air, waste disposal systems and attendant conveyor systems.
This position requires you to follow written and verbal job instructions. Being able to provide feedback and apply critical thinking are other keys to this position. Employees must be able to use personal safety equipment while working in a manufacturing environment that includes moving machinery, fast paced fork lift traffic, machine noise, and a work environment that will vary depending on the time of the year.
