Our Medication Techs provide direct care and medication assistance to our wonderful Residents. You will also be interacting with families, fellow associates, physicians, pharmacies and other visitors on a daily basis so we expect you to be professional and caring. We’ll require you to contribute to the team effort by being flexible in work assignments, taking the initiative to furnish support in all situations, meet our attendance expectations and maintain an appropriate work pace to meet established schedules. You’ll be providing assistance or reminders with activities of daily living for our Residents, including grooming, oral hygiene, bath/shower, and transferring as needed. We may also ask you to assist with Resident’s personal environments, meal preparation/presentation, activities and other tasks to ensure the Resident’s comfort and contentment.
