Busy Surgery Center has an opening for a full-time front desk receptionist with medical office experience. Candidate must be reliable, professional, have the ability to multi-task, have excellent customer service skills and computer knowledge.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Check patients in and out.
• Schedule appointments, answer phones, transfer calls.
• Collecting payments at the time of service.
• Coordinate follow up procedures.
• Patient charting.
• Must have knowledge and understanding of HIPAA. Always protect patients rights and privacy.
• Update patient accounts, insurance, demographics, etc.
• Be able to multitask, be flexible and detail oriented.
