Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Gaming Shift Supervisor to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As a Gaming Shift Supervisor, you will oversee the gaming department operations and employees, ensure superior guest service is being provided, and that all rules and procedures are being followed. In addition, as shift supervisor, you will act as the manager on duty for the overall operation of the video lottery gaming facility.
Minimum pay rate: $25.00 / hour

- Ensure departments are adequately staffed by monitoring guest volume and wait times.
- Conduct associate hiring, training, development, performance reviews, and corrective counseling as needed.
- Supervise authorization for jackpot payouts in compliance with state and company regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Investigate and resolve guest issues.
- Supervise work through planning and scheduling of work assignments and performance development.
- Work closely with all departments to ensure that the operation is running efficiently and effectively.
- Associate degree.
- Minimum of six months of gaming experience.
- Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to obtain a [XX] State Gaming License.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and swing shifts as needed.
