Our Maintenance Person should have a background in electrical work, and be able to perform tasks like installing and repairing electrical sockets, repairing wall sockets and replacing lights in common areas. The staff at our company embraces hard work and is dedicated to making sure that our customers' needs are met on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

• Keep the building clean and organized.
• Fix broken things in the building.
• Communicate with other staff.
• Work with contractors.
• Order new parts and supplies for repair work.
