General Description

Evaluate and complete application under the Loss Mitigation Program in compliance with existing guidelines, internal procedures, regulations, and others.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Requesting the required internal documents for each case as: title study, BPO’s/appraisal, escrow analysis, property inspections and flood certification.
  • Verify that the financial evaluation and the documents delivered by the Borrower comply with the requirements of the Investors and Guarantors.
  • Handles incoming and outgoing calls to and from Borrowers during the Loss Mitigation process.
  • Submit the cases for Investor approval in compliance with the regulatory period.
  • Submit the cases to the Loss Mitigation Analyst in compliance with the regulatory period.
  • Ensure that all required documents are available in the file.
  • Disclose the approved alternative to the Borrower and provide guidance on the new terms.
  • Complete the steps and stage according to the status of the case as established.
  • Identifying loans that represent a loss for the business to reduce the losses in the Unit.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Supports all the initiatives and additional duties as they may be assigned within the scope of the Loss Mitigation Unit.

Education

+ 60 Bachelor's Degree Credits Approved

Experience

At least two years of related experience.
