COMPENSATION

· Starting pay of $16/hr; hourly pay increased to $18/hr after 6 months if meeting or exceeding performance expectations. Additional income in the form of monthly incentives.

· Incentive amounts are based on monthly production numbers and there is no cap on incentives that can be earned; average earned annual incentives are between $10,000-$15,000

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Assists members by opening/closing accounts, conducting loan interviews, completing loan closings, and answering questions about products and services

· Identifies cross-selling opportunities to deepen the relationship with the member

· Researches and troubleshoots account problems to formulate a sufficient solution

QUALIFICATIONS

· 1-3 years of customer service and sales experience* is required

· Prior banking experience* is strongly preferred

HOURS & LOCATION

· Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:30pm and 1 Saturday per month 8:45am-1:15pm at the Tyler branch; may occasionally work a weekday shift at the Tyler branch when needed
