Beltservice Corporation has an immediate need in our St. Louis Headquarters for a full-time Lightweight Conveyor Belt Fabricator. This position is on 2nd shift (Monday through Thursday 3:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.) with training on 1st shift (Monday through Friday 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.).

This critical position has the responsibility of creating custom features on conveyor belt to meet the requirements of a vast range of applications that keep things moving in the world. Bring your talents, skills, and commitment to learn and we will teach you the rest.

Responsibilities:

• Work with written work orders and drawings to determine requirements
• Use hand tools, basic power tools, and specialty equipment to add features to custom conveyor belts
• Use measuring tools including tape measures and rulers to verify the quality of conveyor belt features

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent training
• 6-12 months experience in using hand tools and power tools to complete tasks or projects
• Ability to perform basic math and measuring including fractions and tape measure
• Ability to follow written and verbal procedures in English
• Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Legally eligible for employment in this country
