Pinnacle Health and Rehab at South Portland is searching for a caring and compassionate licensed social worker who wants to make an important difference each day in the quality of life for our residents. We are looking for a candidate with excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, evident emotional stability, maturity, patience, moral integrity, and compassion. Someone who has the desire to work with and serve the elderly and their families with thorough knowledge and understanding of appropriate ethics and confidentiality required in handling of all resident records and personal information as defined by Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) along with an awareness of issues related to resident physical and mental safety and well-being.

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Social Service
• Experience in the long - term care field preferred

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
