Requirements:

• Understand the cultural needs of plants
• Understand good pruning techniques
• Understand water management to plants.
• Know how to safely operate power tools
• Possess good communication skills

Qualifications:

• 2 years of professional experience in the field
• Ability to work with a small team
• Ability to work independently
• Good driving record
