What do we do?
We started as a tree farm and have and established a name for top quality and specimen plant material. As we grew we then became one of the biggest landscape construction companies in the St. Louis region performing jobs all the way out to Mt. Vernon, Il, Columbia, Mo, Cape Girardeau, MO, and as far north as Hannibal, Mo and this list is ever expanding. We operate a retail/wholesale 30 acre garden center for our clients and team to find inspiration with plants of every shape, size, and color. We finish off our services we offer with our quickly expanding Maintenance team. We try to be the best at growing our people and having fun by getting our team out to conferences, CEU opportunities, Tough Mudder events, and company off site gatherings.

Landscape Design (Visionary) -
The Ideal Candidate

• Our team is looking for design talent that is passionate about great landscape design and always working to improve their design skills.
• We are looking for a someone that matches our core values
• Has hands on installation experience
• 4 - 5 years of design experience involving seeing their projects being installed to see what they missed or how they improved their work flow to better communicate to the field
• Someone who works at a company where they can't be as involved with their projects as they'd like
• Experience bidding and estimating.
• Great critical thinking skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Superior listening and note taking skills
• Extensive plant knowledge
• Experience designing intricate hardscape
• Great brand representative

Duties

• Nurture leads and opportunities
• Creatively solve clients pain points/meet their objectives
• Design on the Vectorworks program (hands on training will be provided)
• Estimate jobs in our estimating software (hands on training will be provided)
• Work with team to create and improve work flows and construction details to streamline the design process and better articulate job parameters to our install teams.

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
