Job Description
The Engineering team is responsible for technical implementation of our multi-specialty platform. The goal of the team is to produce adaptable, robust, secure products that delight our users.
The Java Developer will be a key contributor to ensuring the technical quality of the product design, software, and delivery, and will liaise between the Engineering team and other departments.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate across Engineering, Machine Learning, and Product teams
- Participate in project activities, including status meetings and reviews of other engineers’ designs and code
- Write software
- Contribute to the architecture and design of the service line program and how it fits into the larger CodaMetrix solution
Requirements
- 5+ years of architecture and development experience using Java
- Progressively diverse analysis, development, and automated testing experience using Java and Web technologies in a CI/CD environment
- Deep and broad knowledge of JEE technologies, including Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JEE and core Java packages
- Microservice development, testing, and delivery
- Relational database modeling
- Working in a TDD and BDD experience
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with both management and peers
- Computer Science bachelor’s degree
- Located and authorized to work in the US
Beneficial Experience
- Knowledge of medical billing
- Experience with n-scalable systems design, especially AWS SaaS solutions, big data, and apps with large data demand
- Camunda and/or Activiti experience desired
- Statistical background and/or exposure to ML techniques and programming
- Experience in developing healthcare software solutions, (HL7, FHIR)

Salary Range
$130,000-$165,000
