Job Description:
Start as a Team Leader today and run your own truck as a lead installer. We are looking for installers who have experience in the field and ready to operate their own truck doing full time HVAC installation, as well as Gas Pipe work with heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. They install, repair, replace and maintain HVAC system Gas pipe in homes and businesses in many different types of buildings. You may work with water-based units, gas, and more. Installers may work on newly constructed homes and buildings as well as the replacement of existing systems. Working with air conditioning systems means working with chemicals that must be conserved and disposed of properly, according to Federal law.
Work Environment:
Position is in an outdoor setting that involves everyday risks or discomforts requiring normal safety precautions. Position is responsible to respond immediately to emergency situations which may include after normal operating hours and/or weekends. This position will be on a rotating, on call schedule. We work on our system of how things are done constantly to improve thing for everyone, this may mean learning new systems and adapting to the ways of business.

Minimum Requirements:
Knowledge of the HVAC field and ability to run your own install team.
Show up, that's the main thing.
Ability to follow directions from a Foreman leaders.
Ability to trouble shoot equipment and diagnose what parts are needed for field installations.
Ability to operate advanced hand tools common to HVAC testing and repair.
Ability to do retrofit change-outs and return the area to its original appearance.
Ability to read and understand service manuals and related documents.
Demonstrate superior customer service skills and have ability to communicate clearly by voice, phone, digital programs, etc
Demonstrate willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes.
Ability to work from 32' extension ladder and 12' step ladder.
Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility.
Starting Pay:
$19.00-$26.00 /hr depending on your level of experience and skills when starting.

Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below. Other compensation for this position may include bonus eligibility.
