The main function of the HSE Administrative Assistant is to provide high-level administrative support to the HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) Team in Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) North America East by conducting research, handling information requests and performing administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor actions and status of the tools in the different HSE IT platforms (eCOEM, IMPACT, Stature, Sphera, SLT).
- Support the end-users by following up and supporting closure.
- Act as advanced user which requires training and fluency in the tools.
- Support in the deployment of HSE initiatives and activities and help in training of end-users for new IT tools.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
- Prepare and manage service orders and contracts for the HSE Team.
- Prepare and submit data and documentation for internal OE reporting. File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
- Support the HSE Specialists with regulatory requirements such as letters to authorities, payment of fees, management of waste manifests and inspection records.
- Prepare agendas and make arrangements for team and other meetings.
- Support the HSE Specialists and HSE Team lead in maintaining digital libraries.
- Other administrative support as required by the team.

- Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
- Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
- Basic mentoring skills are necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED required. 3-5 years’ experience required.
Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Schedule: 9/80 – In Office on-site
