IMMEDIATE OPENINGS. General construction laborers must have physical strength, hand-eye coordination, and endurance. Laborers must also be able to concentrate on their tasks. The ability to understand and communicate information is also essential. The job duties of a general laborer may include cleaning and preparing a job site, loading and delivering materials, working outside, landscaping, and using a variety of tools and machines. They may help carpenters, masons, and other specialized contractors in performing their duties while also working independently in many cases. You will be working at our 5 hotels in locations: Northgate in Seattle, Lynnwood, Mukilteo, Everett, and Bellingham, so a form of transportation is necessary.

Qualifications

• Performs various physical duties as assigned.
• Maintain all safety standards.
• Moves, secures, installs, builds, loads, or unloads materials.
• Performs some specialized tasks which may require on-the job training.
• Effectively using heavy and light equipment, depending on the jobsite/assignment.
• Moves items from location to location, according to direction from the site supervisor.
• Moving tools, equipment, or other material as directed in plans or by supervisor.

• Able to receive and follow instructions and communicate with co-workers

• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Valid drivers license & good driving record
• You must be at least 18 years old
