A day in the life of a Virtual Banker
First Horizon’s Contact Center / Virtual Banking teams serve consumer and small business clients through electronically and by phone, providing clients with convenient ways to manage their accounts and use our solutions to meet their financial needs.

• Promptly answer client inquiries in a friendly and courteous manner
• Deliver exceptional service by going out of the way to help with first call resolution
• Identify and offer clients the products and services they need and want to succeed financially
• Guide and educate clients about the fundamentals and benefits of our products and services
• Recognize and escalate issues as needed

Training

• Training is 4 weeks between 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday

Qualifications Include - Seeking entry level and experienced people

• At least a high school diploma or equivalent
• In experienced candidates: at least two years of related customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Strong computer skills and the ability to utilize multiple computer applications simultaneously
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, passion for helping, and a continuous improvement focus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on proper grammar, etiquette and voice qualities such as tone, inflection and enunciation
